Sarah has been deemed the official “Twistress” or Tweetstress” as she is the keyboard behind the NYLA Twitter feed.

Sarah grew up on a horse farm in North Carolina, and cherishes her rural Southern roots, but is now enjoying living in New York City. Before joining NYLA she was the eBook editor at Press 53. She is an avid reader of romance and YA.

Sarah is specifically interested in representing all varieties of YA and Romance: Contemporary, Historical, Western, Sports, Regency, Inspirational, Category, Urban Fantasy, Paranormal, Romantic Suspense/Thriller, Young Adult, New Adult, and any combination thereof. (One ms. on her query wish list is a great Colonial/Revolutionary War set or Civil War set Historical.)

Main attractions in submissions are: strong romantic relationships; (chemistry is a MUST). The voice should be strong, intelligent, and unique. Plots should be well thought-out and original with touches of humor and whimsy. She also enjoys stories with a strong supporting cast of animal characters: horses, dogs, cats; essentially all pets furry and friendly.
